  This Painting is indicating a typical Kerala woman in her youth dressing in royal attire with the traditional umbrella. This has been known as the best pose of Kerala Nair lady in that era.   This Painting has been known as the best painting in the Kerala tradition of temple festivities. Here a male elephant walks ahead in front of the Dravidian style temple of South India.  Here the mahot is absent ,however a golden nose ornament (of elephant) carrier of the elephant is present as in modern Kerala temple processions.
